Part-Time Planning Administrator
Location: Trent Precast, Colwick Nottingham
Hours: Part-Time (flexible hours to be agreed)
We are looking for a proactive and organized Part-Time Planning Administrator to support our Planning Team in coordinating production schedules, maintaining planning data, and ensuring accurate information is available across the business.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Planning Team.
- Update and maintain production plans, schedules, and tracking documents.
- Input and manage data within company systems and spreadsheets.
- Liaise with Production, Design, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure planning information is accurate and up to date.
- Assist with reporting, KPI tracking, and meeting preparation.
- Maintain project records, drawings, and planning documentation.
- Support the team with general administrative duties as required.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Competent in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
- Previous administration or planning support experience is desirable but not essential.
