With a turnover of in excess of £360m, the business is currently experiencing growth and as such seeks to strengthen our Precast team. Trent Precast specializes in the manufacture and delivery of structural precast concrete units based in the heart of the country in Nottingham.
We are seeking an experienced and degree-qualified Lead QA Engineer to join our precast concrete manufacturing operation. The successful candidate will act as the key link between factory operations and site teams, leading the investigation and resolution of quality issues, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring products meet project specifications and design.
Key responsibilities:- Providing technical quality support to manufacturing teams.
- Investigating factory and site quality issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Acting as the primary quality contact between production, design, and site teams.
- Leading root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Supporting audits, compliance activities, and quality management systems.
