Demolition Machine Driver – McMullen Facades
Location: Carlton-on-Trent / Newark Site
Hours: 7am – 5pm, Monday to Friday
Duration: Minimum 3–4 weeks → potential ongoing work at Peterborough
CIS: To be discussed, weekly pay

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Demolition Machine Driver to join our team. You’ll operate 360 excavators and use a full range of demolition attachments to break down, strip out, and clear structures and materials safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate 360 excavator safely and skilfully
- Use breaker, pecker, muncher, shear, and grab attachments — you know exactly how to handle them properly
- Demolish, dismantle, break out, and clear structures, concrete, and materials. Breaking down modular buildings.
- Tidy and stack arisings ready for removal
- Carry out pre-use checks on machine and attachments
- Report any issues, attachments, or site safety promptly
- Work safely and follow all site rules and health & safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Valid NPORS or CPCS 360 Excavator ticket — essential
- Confident working with a full range of demo attachments — breakers, peckers, shears, grabs
- CSCS card and strong safety awareness
- Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in doing the job properly
- Ideally local to Newark / Carlton-on-Trent area
