As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as General Operatives in our facade factory.
Responsibilities:
- Fabricate various components of building facades according to project specifications and drawings.
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently to cut, shape, and assemble facade materials, such as glass, metal, and composite panels.
- Interpret technical drawings and plans to ensure accuracy and quality throughout the fabrication process.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Conduct quality inspections to identify and rectify any defects or discrepancies in fabricated components.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety protocols, material handling, and equipment maintenance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in facade fabrication or a related field, with a strong understanding of assembling complex components such as balconies, cladding or balustrades construction materials and techniques.
- Proficiency in using fabrication machinery and tools, such as CNC machines, saws, drills, and routers.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and plans to ensure accuracy and quality or experience in a quality related role.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality workmanship.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
- Willingness to adhere to safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
- Experience with waterproofing systems.
