Stock Controller
Reports to: Head of Operations

The Role
- Manage the receipt, storage, accuracy and issue of materials to keep production running smoothly, with full traceability and minimal delays.
Main Duties
- Receive and check deliveries against orders; inspect for damage or shortages
- Log all materials accurately into the ERP system
- Store items correctly, clearly labelled and easily traceable
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or overstock
- Complete regular stock counts and investigate any discrepancies
- Pick and issue materials to match production schedules
- Work closely with production and planning teams
- Maintain a safe, tidy and organised stores area
- Follow health and safety rules and support audits
Requirements
- Previous experience in stock control, warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Excel and ERP/stock systems
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to prioritise work and communicate well across teams
- Forklift licence is desirable but not essential
