As part of a well-established team, the successful applicant will have a fantastic opportunity to develop their M&E skills and gain experience working on some of London’s larger, more iconic schemes, which will enhance their career prospects.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Management of subcontractor visits and closing out remedial actions
- Management of PPM planner tasks being completed in a timely manner
- Client progress reporting and meetings
- Ability to complete all general maintenance tasks
- Problem solving for plant and equipment failure and reinstating services when there are issues
- Good tenant/client interaction skills are a must
Desirable:
- Candidate should have a CSCS Card
- Experience in similar maintenance roles
Based primarily on Consort Place, but flexibility to work with the team on other projects where candidates' maintenance and building services experience is useful. Potential for maintenance works on other projects across the portfolio.
