We require a Mechanical Supervisor to join our team at Tower Hill.
Role & Responsibilities- Mechanical installation includes LTHW / BCWS Risers, soldered copper in communal corridors, Henco and copper within plots, along with MVHR/ HIU / UFH / sprinklers / trace heating.
- Assistance in the delivery of the mechanical aspect of the project, whilst coordinating with the electrical department and construction team.
- Ability to supervise the mechanical installation comprising subcontractors, in house plumbers and pipe-fitters and improvers etc.
- Be able to carry out, edit and review: Quality Assurance inspections and reports, tool box talks, time sheets, and other project documents.
- Be able to review specifications, drawings and reports to ensure compliance and programme.
- Have excellent working knowledge of mechanical installation and possess technical qualifications.
- Good reporting and communication skills with an ability to get the most out of those being supervised.
- Residential experience required.
- CSCS card and trade qualifications required.
