Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth by preparing accurate quotes and managing client relationships. This is a dynamic part-time position combining technical estimating with proactive sales follow-ups for stair formwork and handrails.,
- Estimating & Quoting: Prepare accurate quotes based on technical construction drawings for stair formwork and handrails.
- Client Account Management: Revise existing quotes, issue formal applications to clients, and handle incoming sales inquiries.
- Proactive Sales Follow-ups: Conduct follow-up calls with clients to secure projects and build lasting commercial relationships.
- Team Collaboration: Liaise with the design team to update pricing where changes have been encountered during the design process.
Full training on our specific systems will be provided, but the following attributes are highly desirable: - Drawing Literacy: Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Communication Skills: Comfortable making phone calls, following up on leads, and speaking with clients.
- Technical Aptitude: Strong basic math skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Schedule: Ability to commit to a consistent part-time schedule (hours/days negotiable).
