JRL Environmental are looking for an experienced Class 2 Mixer Driver to start immediately at our yard in Birmingham. This is a permanent weekly paid PAYE position.
Role and responsibilities
The JRL Group is a leading construction company that specialises in Main Contracting & RC Frames along with 14+ divisions delivering bespoke solutions for the most complex projects. London Concrete Pumping (LCP) are looking for experienced Class 2 Drivers for our Batching Plant in Birmingham City Centre.
- Must be able to follow current legislation EU drivers hours rules, Working time directive for mobile workers, Road Transport directive
- Must be able to communicate in a courteous and helpful manner at all times.
- Must have a knowledge of the different types of concrete mix
- Understand how to keep the mixer clean
Qualifications and Experience
- HGV Class 2 licence
- Used various different mixer types
- Experience of driving in the UK
- Full CPC and Digi-tacho card
- Good understanding of driver's hours and working time
- Ability to complete paperwork
