We’re looking for a skilled Architectural Fabricator to join our site teams. This role includes installing balustrade returns and wall mounted handrails on sites throughout the UK but primarily in London. Tools, PPE and training are provided. You’ll work both independently and as part of a small team, taking pride in quality workmanship and safe practices. Location
Primarily based in London and the surrounding areas. Occasional travel across the UK may be required. Monday to Friday, core hours on site 8-3.45. Occasional Saturday work is required. 28 days paid annual leave (including bank holidays). Piece rate basis, offering some of the highest rates in the market reflecting the skill and professionalism required.
Responsibilities
- Fabricate returns on stair ladings and half landings, installation and full fabrication of wall mounted handrails. All paid on a piece rate basis.
- Working in a team with a site finisher who will fill and paint welded works.
- Maintain strict safety and quality standards on site.
- Communicate professionally with clients and site personnel.
