Requirements of a GRC Precast Operative:
- Experience within a GRC precast manufacturing facility essential.

Responsibilities of a GRC Precast Operative:
- Reporting to the Operative Supervisor.
- Working to drawings handed out and setting up precast units with accordance to as shown and within tolerances.
- Achieving daily targets and working to tight deadlines.
- Ensuring all work is up to a high standard and meets process requirements.
- Adapting and recycling knowledge to work efficiently.
- Have the ability to learn new processes.
