Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Operative Supervisor
- Working to drawings handed out and setting up precast units in accordance with specifications and within tolerances
- Achieving daily targets and working to tight deadlines
- Ensuring all work is up to a high standard and meets process requirements
- Adapting and recycling knowledge to work efficiently
- Ability to learn new processes
- Safe and accurate production of lattice planks, wall panels, and balcony units within a precast manufacturing facility
- Preparing and setting out moulds, installing shutters and formwork components
- Positioning lattice girders, reinforcement steel, cast in fixings, conduits, sockets, lifting equipment, and other inserts according to specification
- Applying release agents, checking dimensions and tolerances, carrying out visual inspections
