As a GRC Finisher, you will be responsible for carrying out sand blasting and finishing processes to achieve a high-quality surface finish on GRC products. This role requires previous experience in sand blasting or similar finishing techniques, ensuring all products meet strict quality standards before leaving the factory. Training will be provided on the specific equipment used on site; however, prior experience in sand blasting or shot blasting is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out sand blasting / shot blasting of GRC products to achieve the required finish.
  • Ensure all finished surfaces meet the required quality and aesthetic standards.
  • Remedial Works.
  • Repairs.
  • Inspect products carefully to identify any defects or inconsistencies.
  • Operate finishing equipment safely and effectively.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area.
  • Work closely with production teams to meet project deadlines and production targets.
  • Follow all health and safety procedures at all times.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sand blasting, shot blasting, or similar finishing processes.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
