Responsibilities
- Reporting to Materials Supervisor & Factory Manager.
- Ensuring units are poured and finished to the highest standard.
- Keeping track of target pouring and reviewing with the Factory Manager to reduce waste concrete.
Requirements
- Experience in pouring and finishing concrete (preferably in a precast environment) is a must.
- Ability to read manufacturing drawings and understand measurements.
- Keen eye for detail and good communication skills.
- Experience with a Power Float.
