We’re looking for an experienced Telehandler Operative to join our busy precast concrete facility in Skelmersdale. You’ll support daily production by operating plant machinery safely and efficiently in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
Location: Precast Factory (Skelmersdale)
Hours: Mon–Fri, 7:00–17:00
Pay: Competitive - PAY
Right to Work in the UK is a MUST
Type of contract: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Operate mobile plant equipment such as forklifts, telehandlers, and loaders
- Move materials, moulds, and finished precast units around the factory
- Support production teams with loading, lifting and general yard duties
- Carry out basic checks and report any defects
- Follow all site safety procedures and work as part of a team
Key Skills
- Previous experience operating mobile plant machinery – essential
- Ability to work safely in a busy factory environment
- Reliability, good communication, and a strong work ethic
- Valid plant tickets (FLT, telehandler, loading shovel)
- Additional factory or construction experience
