Ark M&E (Aftercare Division) are looking for an experienced Mobile Plumber / Multi Skilled Engineer for ongoing long term work covering projects in London & South Coast.
Job Duties:
- Investigate and resolve issues relating to domestic HIUs, CIUs and UFH systems, repairing leaks, replacing plate heat exchangers, expansion vessels and circulating pumps.
- Replace bathroom fittings, taps, cartridges, toilet flush.
- Investigate and resolve issues relating to MVHR units, replacing faulty fans, boot mode issues.
- Fault finding of HIUs, CIUs, UFH as well as ASHP.
Long term work available. 7:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday with 1 hour lunch (9hrs worked). Weekly payment via CIS / UTR Payment (No Umbrella companies / fees). Van and Fuel Card provided.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Must be willing to cover multiple locations across London and South Coast.
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Plumber / Multi Skilled Engineer.
- NVQ Level 2 Plumbing or City & Guilds Level 2.
- Valid JIB or CSCS Card Required.
- G3 Unvented Desirable but not essential.
- Proven experience of working as a Multi-Skilled Engineer.
- A strong plumbing knowledge with some mechanical experience.
- Experience with LeGrand smart home system - preferred but not essential.
- Experience with pressurisation units and plant room pumps - not essential.
- Experience using ShireSystem is a bonus - preferred but not essential.
- Valid Work Permit / Right to Work in UK.
