Multiple Experienced Precast Operatives are being recruited for Trent Precast Concrete Ltd, part of the JRL Group.
Location: Colwick, Nottingham.
Requirements of a Precast Operative:
- Experience within a precast manufacturing facility essential.
- Technical ability to set up precast units and work to processes.
- Ability to read manufactured drawings.
- Able to work on own initiative or as part of a team.
Responsibilities of a Precast Operative:
- Reporting to the Operative Supervisor.
- Working to drawings provided and setting up precast units in accordance with the drawings and within tolerances.
- Achieving daily targets and working to tight deadlines.
- Ensuring all work is up to a high standard and meets process requirements.
- Adapting and applying knowledge to work efficiently.
- Ability to learn new processes.
