Ark Mechanical & Electrical Services, part of the JRL Group, is seeking a Mechanical Estimator for the Preconstruction team based at our Borehamwood head office. The role focuses on supporting bids and tenders for large residential projects, using Enterprise Estimating software and robust estimation processes.
You will liaise with internal/external engineers and subcontractors, analyse drawings, and explore value engineering to optimise tender outcomes while maintaining tender documentation
