Responsibilities

  • Reporting to Foreman & Factory Manager.
  • Working with the night shift team to lift out and prepare the factory for the day shift adhering to all H&S requirements.
  • Ensuring precast units are lifted out in a controlled, safe and timely manner according to the management systems.
  • Providing detailed handovers daily and attending weekly meetings with Management.
  • Keeping the area tidy and clean.

Requirements

  • Experience of working with precast concrete preferred.
  • Experience within Factory environments.
  • Experience of working with Overhead Gantry cranes is a MUST for crane operative.
  • Quality and process driven to work optimum efficiencies.
