Specialising in the manufacture and delivery of both structural and architectural precast concrete units based in Skelmersdale.

Requirements of Precast Design Engineer / Manager
3 yrs+ Experience within precast & structural components detailing and manufacturing essential.
CEng / MICE or working towards would be advantageous.
Experience within GRC Design and manufacture.
Experience of using CAD software and ability to work on own initiative.
Ability to help lead a small team.
Responsibilities of Precast Design Engineer / Manager
Reporting to Senior Management with project status and reports.
Leading design development and engineering of components to work for manufacturing.
Ability to review manufacture drawings form a factory perspective and raise concerns with Management and comment on any requirements.
Ensuring all required information is gathered and re-laid to the manufacturing team both on the manufacture drawings and in a simple document.
Liaising between clients and own team to ensure smooth flow of information.
Leading a small design team and ability to sign off on manufacture proposals
