With a turnover of in excess of £360m, the business is currently experiencing growth and as such seeks to strengthen our Precast team.

Trent Precast specializes in the manufacture and delivery of structural precast concrete units based in the heart of the country in Nottingham.

We are currently seeking a casting supervisor for our precast facility in Skelmersdale, to ensure all concrete pours are done to the correct specification.

Monday - Friday

Duties

  • Checks are undertaken on the planks after pouring.
  • Any issues are picked up and amended or logged.
  • Leading the small casting team and driving the Health and Safety and quality.
  • Completing a daily report handover for the to factory manager.
  • Experience with concrete pouring and trowelling would be highly advantageous.

Requirements

  • Experience of working with precast concrete preferred.
  • Experience within Factory environments.
  • Experience with leading a small team
  • Quality and process driven to work optimum efficiencies
