An exciting opportunity has arisen within one of JRL Group's key divisions; Trent Precast Concrete Ltd.
The JRL Group is a highly successful, privately owned, national construction group head quartered in North London. With a turnover of in excess of £360m, the business is currently experiencing growth and as such seeks to strengthen our Precast team.
Trent Precast specializes in the manufacture and delivery of structural precast concrete units based in the heart of the country in Nottingham.
JRL are currently recruiting for a Handyperson on an initial 2-month period. This will be based at our Colwick, Nottingham facility.
The main works will be conversion of various rooms into a shower/drying room and a toilet.
Duties will include the following:
- Building (Breakthrough an opening and install a lintel to create a door opening)
- Carpentry (Install door frame, Hang doors, install toilet cubicles etc, install kitchens)
- Plumbing (Breakthrough a wall to connect to existing waste plumbing
- Tiling – (Floors and walls)
Rate and hours to be agreed at interview stage.
