Wendy’s is hiring a General Manager to join our team. Our Company JRK Restaurants Group is a dynamic multi‑brand franchisee passionate about food and hospitality. Responsibilities
- Have the leadership skills and the total responsibility for managing and leading the daily operations of the restaurant both Front of House and Back of House.
- Focus specifically on staffing, training, and scheduling, all of which will help build and retain a 5‑star team.
- Identify talent and empower your team to grow by providing coaching and development while promoting a fun, energising work environment where people want to come to work each day.
- Use effective scheduling to ensure your team is in the right place at the right time.
- Lead by example and inspire your team to deliver outstanding guest hospitality.
- Take advantage of local marketing opportunities to drive sales and the presence of your restaurant and the Wendy’s brand in your local area.
- Ensure compliance with all Company policies and procedures.
- Show your Managers and Crew Members how to do it right, and make sure every shift is better than the last.
- Give and take direction like a pro.
- You’re passionate about developing employees with the goal to maximise their contributions and future promotability.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading people in a food service environment and excellent problem‑solving skills.
- Minimum 2 years of line operations experience; with demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast‑paced environment.
- Flexibility to work 44‑hour work weeks – must be available all day, parts and days of the week.
- High level of communication skills with the ability to effectively coach and develop your managers and team.

- Travel to other locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) as needed.
