About the Company
JRK Restaurants Group is a dynamic multi‑brand franchisee passionate about food and hospitality. We are growing aggressively with a commitment of opening over 25 units in the next 3 years across the UK with the different brands we represent.
Responsibilities
- Leadership skills and total responsibility for managing and leading the daily operations of the restaurant both Front of House and Back of House.
- Staffing, training and scheduling to build and retain a 5‑star team.
- Identify talent and empower your team to grow by providing coaching and development while promoting a fun, energising work environment.
- Effective scheduling to ensure the team is the right place at the right time.
- Drive store sales and profit goals.
- Lead by example and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest hospitality.
- Use local marketing opportunities to drive sales and the presence of the restaurant and the Wendy’s brand.
- Ensure compliance with all Company policies and procedures.
- Show Managers and Crew Members how to perform tasks correctly, making every shift better than the last.
- Provide clear direction and develop employees for future promotability.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading people in a food service environment and excellent problem‑solving skills.
- Minimum 2 years of line operations experience with a demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast‑paced environment.
- Flexibility to work a 44‑hour work week – must be available all day, parts and full days of the week.
- High level of communication skills with the ability to effectively coach and develop managers and team members.
- Willingness to travel to other locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) as needed.
