Temporary Sales Person – temporary position to cover maternity leave *Job Summary* We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team to cover maternity leave. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective communication and relationship building with customers. Duties; Be able to close sales over the telephone/ virtual platforms. Possess excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, empathy, and relationship building skills across a diverse range of customer profiles. Have a high attention to detail and ability to problem solve, especially whilst under pressure. Have a commitment to own professional development. Be self-motivated, resilient, and have a positive approach. Identify and secure new customers accounts to ensure on-going sales/target achievement. Achieving pre agreed targets linked to bonus payments. Extensive use of CRM system to update activity of self and customers/prospects. Requirements; Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Driven to achieve sales targets and maintain profitable sales for the Company Maintain up to date, accurate and tidy paperwork, records and reports Planning and organisation skills
