Agency Express Chester is looking to recruit a Van Driver & Signboard Erector to support daily operations across the LL postcodes and surrounding areas.
Starting each day from storage facilities located at Llandudno Junction or Bangor. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Erecting, maintaining, and servicing ‘For Sale’ and ‘To Let’ boards for a range of estate agency clients.
- Completing an average daily schedule of 40–60 property visits (workloads fluctuate seasonally).
- Using ‘Signmaster3’ the Agency Express online board management system and mobile application to manage work load.
- Maintaining clean, tidy, and organised storage facilities and company vehicles.
