A leading professional services firm, renowned for its cloud based transformation expertise, is seeking an experienced Manager – Workday HCM Consultant to join their Powered Enterprise practice.
They employ a world class accelerated business transformation approach, leveraging pre configured back office best practices and a six layer target operating model to help clients achieve rapid ROI and seamless Workday deployments.
As a Manager – Workday HCM Consultant, you will:
• Lead end to end delivery of Workday HCM workstreams, managing offshore teams through configuration, testing and go live.
• Conduct client workshops and facilitate requirements gathering with HR and IT stakeholders.
• Design and configure Workday Core HCM modules, ensuring solutions align with both industry standards and client needs.
• Produce and own key project artefacts—business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, use cases and traceability matrices.
• Build lasting relationships with client teams, acting as a trusted advisor throughout implementation and beyond.
• Support pre sales activities by contributing functional and technical insights to proposals.
The ideal Manager – Workday HCM Consultant will have:
• Workday Core HCM certification and at least one full cycle implementation under your belt.
• Demonstrable experience leading HCM workstreams and guiding offshore consultants.
• Strong background as a functional consultant, advising on business process change within HR.
• Proven track record of running client facing workshops and negotiating scope changes.
• Consultancy experience, including involvement in pre sales and business development activities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem solving skills.
