Job Description:

Are you a creative and passionate Women\’s Wear Designer with a flair for trend-led fashion? This successful, dynamic brand is looking for an established designer to join their team in Manchester (East). You will be part of a structured team, working in a fast-paced fashion environment to bring innovation and newness.

• Creative Freedom: Work with a renowned fashion brand that encourages innovative and forward-thinking designs.
• Professional Growth: Collaborate with industry experts and develop your skills in a supportive and inspiring setting.
• Diverse Projects: Engage in designing a variety of products, including knitwear, outerwear, wovens, and jersey, ensuring a varied workload.

Role Responsibilities:

• Design and develop new styles and prints.
• Conduct trend analysis and competitive shopping.
• Manage relationships with fabric, print, and trim suppliers.
• Maintain adherence to critical paths and deadlines.
• Create designs, technical packs, and mood boards using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Collaborate effectively within a busy, structured design team.
