Eames Consulting is working with an insurance company to secure the services of a Windows 11 Desktop Engineer on an initial 6-month contract.

Key Tasks & Experience:

1. Undertake documentation
2. Support a Windows 11 migration
3. Manage Windows 365 environments
4. Floorwalking and user support
5. Distribute laptops to users
6. Triage and resolve problems
7. Coach users on new features
8. Upskill users in system usage
9. Insurance industry experience is preferred
