We’re hiring a W&I Underwriter to join a high-performing MGA at the forefront of the transactional risk market. The Role:

1. Underwrite W&I policies across a broad range of private M&A transactions
2. Partner with legal advisors, deal teams, and brokers to deliver tailored solutions under tight deadlines
3. Take ownership of deals from submission to execution, balancing legal rigour with commercial judgement
4. Contribute to a collaborative, knowledge-sharing team with a commitment to excellence

What We’re Looking For:

• W&I underwriting experience is ideal, though we welcome lawyers or transactional advisors seeking a new direction
• Strong communicator with a team-first mindset and a clear grasp of deal risk and client needs
• Commercial, driven, and excited by the pace and variety of the transactional risk space
