Key Responsibilities Drive the full lifecycle of brand deals—from identifying commercial opportunities to pitching, structuring, negotiating, and closing. Build, manage, and expand high-level relationships with brands, media agencies, and advertising stakeholders. Collaborate closely with top digital creators to shape branded content strategies that align with both commercial goals and creator voice. Consistently deliver revenue targets while building a scalable, repeatable commercial function. What We\’re Looking For Proven success in closing brand sponsorship or advertising deals, ideally within media, influencer marketing, or digital content. Commercially minded and target-driven—you\’re a natural sales leader who thrives on performance and incentives. Deep understanding of the media and agency landscape, with an existing network across brands and marketing decision-makers. Highly organised, entrepreneurial, and accountable—with the energy and vision to lead from the front. High-impact leadership role with significant autonomy and growth potential.
