We’re looking for an experienced, highly organised Creative Producer to join a fast-growing content and production team. You’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering high-quality, engaging YouTube content, particularly aimed at motorsport audiences. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who understands how YouTube works, has a sharp creative eye, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll oversee projects from concept to delivery, liaising with talent, strategists, and the wider production team to bring bold ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborating with a creative agency to develop video concepts tailored to a motorsport audience.
- Leading the full production process for YouTube content, from pre- to post-production.
- Working closely with talent and athlete contributors, managing ongoing relationships.
- Supporting the strategic direction of the YouTube channel and aligning content with overall goals.
- Travelling (both within the UK and internationally) for shoots and production days.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in video production, ideally with a focus on YouTube.
