Key Responsibilities: Deliver projects related to operational and technology resilience. Define project scope, develop plans, and manage resources and relationships. Manage project teams, including consultants, and ensure effective communication and governance. Track project progress, manage risks, issues, and changes. Ensure project benefits are realized post-delivery. Required Skills and Experience: Extensive experience leading complex projects, especially within operational or technology resilience. Knowledge of operational resilience frameworks, risk assessments, and compliance. Proficiency with project management tools like MS Project, PlanView, or similar. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Qualifications: Formal project management training (MSP, PRINCE2, PMI, APM, Six Sigma).
