Job Title: Vice President of Transformation
Location: 100% Remote with Biweekly Travel to Company Headquarters
Position Overview
A rapidly growing organization undergoing significant transformation is seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President of Transformation to lead enterprise-wide initiatives and drive sustainable operational excellence. This fully remote executive position requires biweekly travel to the company’s headquarters for executive collaboration, strategic planning, and change implementation.
The VP of Transformation will serve as a key architect and driver of change, responsible for developing and executing transformation strategies that enhance efficiency, scalability, and performance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end execution of major transformation initiatives across business units, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership to identify improvement opportunities and translate strategic vision into actionable plans.
- Oversee and manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring accountability, timeliness, and successful delivery of transformation goals.
- Build and embed a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across all levels of the organization.
- Develop frameworks and KPIs to assess transformation success and operational impact.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, challenges, and outcomes.
- Proactively identify risks and implement strategies to mitigate roadblocks and ensure smooth change adoption.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and senior leadership team on change leadership and business transformation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience leading enterprise-wide transformation or strategy functions, preferably within high-growth or private equity-backed environments.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in process efficiency, scalability, and profitability.
- Deep understanding of change management frameworks, business process optimization, and performance improvement methodologies.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and build consensus at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional, remote teams in complex environments.
- Highly analytical and execution-oriented, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
