Are you ready to make the leap from Senior Manager or Associate Director into a role that sets you up for Partner-level impact? A leading corporate finance advisory firm is looking for a charismatic, forward-thinking Vice President to join their expanding team in London.

This is an opportunity to work directly with shareholders on complex, owner-managed transactions (EV £20–100m). You’ll be empowered to take the lead, inspire junior colleagues, and help shape the future of a growing business.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead advisory work across the full deal lifecycle, from origination to close
• Partner directly with business owners and shareholders
• Mentor and inspire analysts and associates, shaping a high-performance culture
• Play a key role in driving business growth and innovation
• Build towards Partnership with a clear, supported progression path

What we’re looking for:

• 4+ years of lead advisory experience in corporate finance
• Strong M&A exposure, ideally with owner-managed businesses
• Experience in a Big 6 or top-tier advisory firm (e.g. Grant Thornton, Houlihan) highly valued
• Natural leader with drive, presence and commercial instinct
• Highly competitive base salary , with flexibility for the right person
• Bonus typically up to 40% , based on contribution and firm performance
• Fast-track route to Partner for high performers
• Flexible office-based model (typically 4 days/week in Central London)
