The fund focuses on growth-oriented investments across energy transition, sustainable infrastructure, green mobility, and food and agriculture, with a particular emphasis on emerging markets. Supervise direct reports (Associates and Analysts), ensuring the quality, clarity, and accuracy of outputs while effectively managing and delegating workloads Lead comprehensive diligence processes (financial, commercial, ESG) with a structured and analytical approach Monitor portfolio company performance and actively support value creation initiatives 2–7 years of experience in private equity or growth equity post-investment banking or management consulting, with demonstrable deal experience across the full investment lifecycle ~ Strong financial modelling and technical analytical capabilities ~ Strong commercial judgment and strategic thinking ~ Strong academic track record from a top-tier university If this role does not align with your skill set, please follow Asset Partners for additional exciting job opportunities.
