We have a brand new opportunity for an Event Sales Executive to join a prestigious corporate events venue in London where you will be part of a dynamic and fun team!
The Company
This well established venue in the City of London hosts a wide range of large scale events for corporate clients ranging from conferences, to gala dinners, meetings and celebrations. With a choice of stunning rooms and exquisite views they have their loyal client base choosing them for their events year after year.
The Role
Due to expansion of the sales team we are now recruiting an Event Sales Executive to join them. This is a 360 role where you will be involved in taking the initial enquiry; putting together the costings and quotations and securing the contract with the client. The role then goes on to plan the event right up until the go live date when you will hand over to an operations team to deliver on the day. The role will drive new and repeat revenue across the venue and have the chance to plan some amazing events.
About You
We are looking for proven experience in both sales and planning elements of corporate events; ideally from a hotel or venue background and the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone and email. You will lead the venue showcases and client show arounds and will need to be a confident communicator at all levels. A background in hitting sales targets and being commercially minded is key - excellent opportunity!
