You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of vendors to ensure services are fit-for-purpose and cost-effective. This role involves driving continuous service improvement and acting as a single point of contact for vendor issues. Shifts: Monday – Friday (37.5 hours per week) The must haves: Experience in Commercial Vendor Management. Strong PC skills and proven ability to communicate effectively. Commercial acumen and experience in a customer-focused environment. Experience in Telecoms, Cable, or similar industry is desired. Key responsibilities Coordinate and manage a portfolio of vendors in line with ITIL best practices. Develop SMART KPIs to measure vendor performance and ensure value for money. Chair regular vendor review meetings to report and review performance. Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding vendor issues. Build relationships with internal groups to ensure vendor agreements are communicated and understood. Work within the vendor management team to build a vendor plan targeting all aspects of services provided by vendors. Ensure necessary purchase orders for vendors are in place for payment of services.
