Our client, a leading US law firm with a standout finance and capital markets practice, is seeking a talented US Capital Markets Associate to join its high-performing London team. This is an exciting opportunity to work at one of the largest finance and bonds teams in Europe, with deal flow spanning Pan-Europe, EMEA, and the US.

The practice focuses on complex, high-value transactions, including high-yield bonds, leveraged finance, recapitalizations, and liability management. Associates benefit from a mix of underwriter-side (60%) and issuer-side (40%) work, ensuring broad experience and balanced exposure.

Ideal Candidate:

• PQE: 2–5 years (US qualified)
• Experience: Strong background in US capital markets work, with exposure to high-yield bonds and/or leveraged finance preferred.
• Deal Mix: Candidates with both underwriter-side and issuer-side experience will be well-suited.
• Team Player: Someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is eager to take on meaningful responsibility.
