This person will play a central role in hiring, culture-building, and GTM strategy following a significant PE investment. The current sales team in the UK consists of 9 members, with plans to grow to 15-20 over the next 12-18 months, focusing heavily on new logo acquisition.

About you:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  1. Proven success leading Mid-Market SaaS sales teams
  2. High EQ, a motivational leader with a strong coaching mindset
  3. Resilience, high energy, and a trajectory of growth
  4. Experience driving growth after acquisition or rebuild phases is particularly valuable
  5. Public sector experience is a bonus
