Are you an experienced enterprise sales professional with a passion for fighting financial crime? Our client, a market leader in fraud and financial crime prevention technology, is looking to hire a dynamic and vibrant UK-based Enterprise Sales Executive to join their high-performing team.
The Role:
As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you'll play a critical role in managing and expanding relationships with four of the UK's major banking institutions. This role has a 70% focus on strategic account management - you'll be responsible for cross-selling and upselling new solutions into existing banking customers. The remaining 30% will involve generating new business, identifying and converting opportunities within the broader UK financial services ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow key relationships across four major UK banks.
- Develop and execute account plans to deliver consistent upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and product teams to align customer needs with technical solutions.
- Drive pipeline growth and support the sales cycle from lead generation to close.
- Meet and exceed revenue targets and KPIs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, staying informed on industry challenges, trends, and regulatory changes in the financial crime space.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in enterprise software sales (minimum 8 years) within the financial services or cybersecurity sectors.
- Track record of success in both account management and new business development.
- Experience working with and selling to major banking clients.
