MarTech SaaS experience is highly advantageous
We’re excited to be partnering with a fast-growing SaaS company on a mission to become the UK’s leading influencer marketing platform. Backed by a major European tech group, they’re already a market leader across multiple EU regions — trusted by global brands like Coca-Cola, Netflix, Sézane, and Publicis — and are now accelerating UK growth with their first dedicated marketing hire.
As Marketing Manager UK, your mission is to position this company as the leading MarTech brand in the influencer marketing space within the UK market. The focus of this role is:
- Drive brand awareness
- Grow the client base, especially with C-levels in Mid-Market and Enterprise businesses
You will require proven expertise across each of these areas to be considered for an interview:
- Brand Awareness: UK-specific activations, campaigns, content themes, thought leadership
- Growth Tactics: Attracting Mid-Market and Enterprise clients (non-performance marketing)
- Differentiation: Positioning an early stage brand vs. UK/global competitors
- Partnerships & PR: Identify strategic UK media, communities, events, influencers or brand ambassadors
This is a highly strategic yet hands-on role — perfect for someone entrepreneurial, resourceful, and passionate about brand building.
About You
- 4–7 years’ experience in PR or brand marketing roles — ideally within SaaS, MarTech, or Influencer Marketing space
- A confident storyteller and content creator with a strong understanding of the UK media and influencer landscape.
- Strategic but hands-on — you know how to build brands and drive visibility with minimal infrastructure.
- Naturally collaborative, especially across PR, partnerships, and sales functions.
- Proactive, adaptable, and excited to build something meaningful in a competitive space.
- Experienced in start-up or scale-up environments, and comfortable launching brands into new markets.
NB: this role does not involve growth/performance marketing or content production.
What’s on Offer
- Be the first UK marketing hire for a proven, fast-growing platform
- Work with a fully remote, international team
- Collaborate with an existing UK sales team
- Backed by a major European tech group with bold ambitions
Ready to make your mark in the UK MarTech space? This is your opportunity to lead, build, and grow — with the backing of an ambitious global team.
