Job Description:

Queen of Clubs Lifestyle Luxury Services Ltd, an on-site bespoke travel solution provider and leader in the luxury travel industry, is seeking a Quality Travel Assurance specialist, referred to as a Quality Angel , to oversee day-to-day operational needs and ensure the highest quality of services provided.

Candidates must live close to the office.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Managing ground operations, hotels, villas, events, tickets, experiences, and local suppliers.
  • Keeping regular contact with clients and suppliers to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with the Senior Team to quickly and efficiently address any client complaints.
  • Becoming proficient with our CRM system.
  • Monitoring and communicating client feedback.

Role Description:

  • Understand each itinerary\’s flow to ensure that no details are overlooked and that clients are well-assisted throughout their travels.
  • Prepare duty messages to assist the duty manager, personalizing communication as clients progress through their stay to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Confirm that all services are booked, service orders are created and dispatched, and any outstanding services are addressed.
  • Ensure all suppliers receive the necessary information.
  • Manage last-minute bookings in coordination with the team leader.
  • Provide on-site assistance and services to clients while identifying opportunities to upsell additional services.

Qualifications:

  • Passionate about luxury travel and lifestyle.
  • Knowledge of the destination.
  • Demonstrates total commitment and genuine motivation.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Good understanding of pricing, costing, and quick math skills.
  • Prior experience in the travel industry and a university background in travel or hospitality is required. Relevant experience includes roles in tour operations, travel agencies, incentive or wedding planning, hotel reservations, concierge services, family offices, or other sales positions in luxury hotels and the travel industry.

Macbook and iPhone are provided.

Salary starts from GBP 31,000 to 35,000 / annum plus an annual bonus.
