My client, one of the premier consultancies in the world, is looking for a highly talented Transactions Services Associate Director to join their London office. As part of the transactions team, you will collaborate with organizations of all sizes across a broad range of Mergers and Acquisitions activities.
What will you be doing?
- Utilize your strong Financial Due Diligence experience to work with various clients or sector-specific clients.
- Interpret data, generate insights, and develop solutions for clients using your analytical skills.
- Manage costs, reporting, monitor recovery rates against budgets, and handle invoicing.
- Deliver large sections or full work streams from end-to-end, adding value by collaborating with other business areas to become a trusted adviser.
- Produce robust financial analyses and review team work to ensure quality.
- Serve as a key contact for clients and advisors on a daily basis.
What will you need to do it?
- Strong commercial experience in a similar blue-chip consultancy.
