Job Description:

A leading multi-billion dollar, highly prestigious, multi-strategy hedge fund is looking to make a key new hire into its European legal team.

This firm is achieving record performance in some funds, with unprecedented demand for investment from new and existing investors. They continue to hire aggressively, with Europe being a key focus.

Reporting directly to the General Counsel, we are seeking a transactional attorney to support crucial investment transactions and related matters for the firm’s fundamental/credit-focused investment strategies. Responsibilities include drafting, negotiating, and analyzing acquisition and financing agreements related to loan and other asset portfolios, as well as advising on debt restructuring transactions.

Candidates must have an exceptional academic record and relevant transactional experience at a top law firm and/or in-house. A structured/securitized credit background is preferred. A candidate with 2-4 years PQE is most relevant. Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills are required.

This role offers no specific base salary cap; instead, the firm promises a significant increase over the current base salary and a bonus range above industry standards.
