We’re hiring a Software Trainer for a fast-growing fintech that’s empowering Financial Planning & Investment Management firms with a modern client portal – boosting efficiency, compliance, and client engagement. What you’ll be doing: You’ll be the face of the product when it comes to user adoption – leading training, building resources, and helping clients succeed. Deliver online and in-person training that makes an impact Build engaging training materials (guides, videos, live sessions) Tailor training to different users and use cases Onboard new clients and train internal teams Keep training content aligned with product updates Collect feedback + continuously improve delivery What we’re looking for: Excellent communicator who builds rapport easily Adaptable, proactive, and tech-savvy Bonus: experience in financial/professional services Location & Working Setup: Remote-first , with flexibility.
