Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting senior colleagues or managing projects, depending on experience
- Conducting research and analysis to support planning proposals
- Preparing planning applications and documentation
- Engaging with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities
- Collaborating with the team to meet deadlines and project objectives
What We\’re Looking For:
- Graduate Town Planners to Principal or Associate Town Planners, in the public or private sector
- Minimum of twelve months experience in a town planning role
- Confidence in advising clients and project stakeholders, depending on experience
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to contribute to project and team success
- Member of RTPI or working towards membership, depending on experience
