We're looking for an experienced Test Analyst to support the largest technology investment in our company’s history – the deployment of a cloud-based SaaS ERP system (D365) across Sales, Service, Finance, Operations, and more. As part of the newly formed Testing function, you’ll work closely with the Test Lead and business stakeholders to ensure thorough testing of applications across the software development lifecycle. Your focus will be on end-to-end system testing, including ERP, CRM, digital, and web applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Review requirements, create test plans, scripts, and data across functional areas.
- Execute manual and automated tests; log and track defects through DevOps or similar tools.
- Collaborate with IT and business units to support UAT and regression testing.
- Ensure quality standards are met and maintained throughout the ERP transition.
- Support documentation, training, and process improvement across the test lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements (e.g., J-SOX, GDPR).
- Drive continuous improvement in testing frameworks and reporting.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Test Analyst, preferably in an ERP environment.
- Strong understanding of test lifecycle, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience with end-to-end testing, defect management, and DevOps workflows.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, agile setting.
- Experience with MS Dynamics 365 (F&O, CE, HR).
- Familiarity with automated testing tools.
- ISEB/ISTQB certification.
