Your role as a full-time, permanent team member will be representing the Ice Cream brands portfolio on behalf of Unilever, including Ben and Jerry\’s, Walls, and Magnum. You will work with colleagues responsible for increasing the brands\’ performance, awareness, and availability across UK smaller-format grocery retailers. Your responsibilities include retail store visits within a defined territory, driving distribution, availability, sales, and brand engagement to enhance turnover and share using data tools.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Visit grocery and convenience stores to build relationships with decision-makers and add value to the store.
  • Use data tools to identify insights and implement targeted interventions to improve product distribution and availability.
  • Negotiate with store decision-makers to ensure product distribution, maximize availability, and increase sales and brand awareness.
  • Identify problems, opportunities, and gather retailer and competitor intelligence in-store.
  • Follow Dee Set\’s proven processes to make a positive impact for clients.
  • Deliver professional and efficient store calls.
  • Accurately record all information using a tablet and bespoke software system.

  • Data-driven with analytical skills.
  • Holder of a full current UK manual driving license.
