Temporary Leasing Support – Manchester – £15 to £18 Per Hour DOE
My client, a globally established Real Estate Agency, is currently seeking a customer service professional on a temporary basis to provide onsite lettings support for a build-to-rent residential development in Manchester. This is a rolling contract until September.
This role suits a confident, well-spoken individual capable of providing viewing and inventory support, as well as lettings administration.
Property experience is preferred but not essential; candidates with backgrounds in customer service, hospitality, or administration are also encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date systems for all lettings and rental data
- Ensuring apartments are well-presented at all times by regular spot checks and liaising with cleaning staff to uphold high standards
- Meeting prospective tenants, conducting viewings, and negotiating rental offers
- Completing applicant vetting and new let paperwork
- Assisting with inventories and general lettings administration
- Preparing arrival packs and ensuring keys are ready for tenant move-ins
- Fostering a community atmosphere through communication, events, and innovations
- Providing excellent customer service to residents and applicants

Salary: £15 to £18 per hour, depending on experience
Working hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7, with flexibility required (circa 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm)
